Covering 118,000 square feet, this project created a world-class HQ for financial firm Jefferies.

This project took place over Levels 11-15 at 100 Bishopsgate to create a new HQ for Jefferies, the global investment banking and capital markets specialist. This major scope of works took us 13 months and was completed in February 2020.

 

London Drywall was responsible for all internal drywall partitions. All were slab-to-slab and were both acoustic- and fire-rated. Some were high security with mesh in the partition cavity.

 

We installed both fire and high acoustic rated MDF and IDF in UPS rooms, board rooms, meeting rooms, pantries, and a general office space. Perhaps the most challenging part of the project was the continuous feature lighting staircase wall that we constructed between Levels 11-15. After completing the project on time within 13 months, we were delighted to receive a 10/10 score following the ISG quality audit.
