This major project saw us help a major law firm move its London HQ to high-spec offices in Bishopsgate.

Due to expansion, global Law firm Covington & Burling LLP decided to move its London HQ from The Strand to four dedicated floors at 22 Bishopsgate. The project took place over more than 100,000 square feet and saw the installation of extensive amenities.

 

Our work included Category B fit-out across Levels 51 to 54. The working floor areas on Levels 51 to 53 were mainly completed to a cellular office layout, with open areas for secretarial support, support rooms and internal meeting rooms. On Level 54 we worked on the client-focused meeting room and conference area. We were responsible for all internal slab-to-slab drywall partitions, which were both acoustic- and fire-rated.
