One Braham is BT’s new global HQ in Aldgate, London. Housing some 3,500 employees, the flagship building now boasts smart building technology, flexible workspaces, collaboration areas, event spaces and even a ground floor café that’s open to the public. 99% of the waste generated during the fit out was recycled rather than sent to landfill.

 

London Drywall’s involvement in the project comprised a full Cat A & B fit out of approximately 355,000sq ft of office accommodation across the 19-floor office tower. This included the installation of internal, slab-to-slab drywall partitions that were acoustic- and fire-rated. Some were high security with mesh in the partition cavity. The project began in July 2020 and was completed on time in September 2021.
